By using Resume Builder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Resume Builder provides an online tool for creating, editing, and downloading professional resumes. The free plan includes limited templates and features. The Pro plan ($12/month) includes premium templates and additional features.

3. Subscription and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all resume content you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to create misleading or fraudulent resumes, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including job application outcomes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
